So to deploy static website you have to go to Control Panel -> Template then upload your template as Zip File you will also be able to upload all file one by one but we suggest you to upload all file as archive bundle this way all css,js,img and other file will be on place.
After uploading just install your template on your website and your site will be ready to use.
